Meetings set for July 19 & July 27, 2017 at Middletown Town Hall

Editor’s Note:
These meetings are for Delaware US 301.

The state Department of Transportation has invited the public to comment on the new U.S. Route 301, now under construction. Both meetings start at 10 a.m. at the Middletown Town Hall at 19 W. Green St.

The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 19, 2017 for comments about section one of the project, which runs from south of Boyd’s Corner Road to south of Route 1.

The second meeting is on Thursday, July 27, 2017 for sections two and three, which run from the Maryland/Delaware line to the new U.S. Route 301 interchange with Summit Bridge Road.

On hand for both meetings will be project officials.
