It was a beautiful August Day for Betterton Appreciation Day. One couldn’t ordered a nicer one. Temperatures was near 80 with low humidity. If there was a bad part, it was that there was a light wind blowing off the bay. But it made for beautiful white caps on the water.
There were a good number of vendors and the beach was loaded with people enjoying the day. One of the highlights of the day is the parade.
