Shortly after 6:00 p.m. this evening, the victim, a 20 year-old female, and her 12 year-old brother were traveling northbound on US 301 north of Rt. 213 when they were involved in a minor traffic accident with Lowery. The victim pulled to the shoulder at which time Lowery stopped next to her in the travel portion of the roadway. Lowery exited his vehicle and began assaulting the victim as she sat in her vehicle.
